A keynote your team is still using on Monday.

Leadership keynotes and team workshops on engagement, change, and what teams avoid.

A 60–90 minute leadership keynote or team workshop for your team or your event. Charlotte and Rod walk a room through the core of Process-Oriented Leadership and leave everyone with something they can put to work the next day — not a deck they'll never reopen. It's where most clients start.

See them in the room

A great starting point is a keynote or a single workshop.

One session is the lowest-commitment way to find out whether this work lands with your people — and most clients start there. Below, Rod mid-session with the ICF Tennessee chapter.

Keynote or workshop?

Both run 60–90 minutes. The difference is the room.

Keynote

Suits a larger audience or event. Charlotte or Rod walk through the core principles and make them concrete for the room.

Workshop

Suits a single team — smaller, more hands-on, the group doing the actual work in the room.

What we build the session around

Every session is shaped for your team, not pulled off the shelf.

We start from what your team is actually wrestling with, then build the 60–90 minutes around it.

The themes teams ask for most
Draining engagement
What's draining your people's engagement — and how to see it before it shows up in the numbers.
The avoided conversation
The conversations teams avoid, and what it costs to keep avoiding them.
Leading through change
Transitions, acquisitions, the work the deck doesn't show.
The unnamed culture
What a culture rewards without anyone naming it.

Use our assistant to talk through what your team is wrestling with — it can answer your questions, walk you through the options, and help shape the session around your context.

Keynotes that really resonate

What makes a leadership keynote actually stick?

Most keynotes operate at the level of what sounds good in the moment — and fade by the following week. Charlotte and Rod work one level down, even in 90 minutes: they give a room a way to see what's happening on their teams, name it, and do something about it. That's why people are still using it on Monday.

A taste of it

Every team has a conversation it has quietly agreed not to have.

It isn't in the org chart or the goals deck — you see it in what goes unsaid, who studies the floor, what gets rerouted to a side channel. Naming it in the room is often the highest-leverage thing a leader can do.

FAQs

Common questions about keynotes and workshops

How long is a keynote or workshop?

Typically 60 to 90 minutes, shaped to your slot and the room. Shorter formats are possible — tell us what you have to work with.

Is the content customized to our organization?

Always. We draw on a tested set of methods, but every session is built around what your team is actually facing. Where there's been a team assessment, its results set the priorities.

What do you need from the venue?

A screen and projection with Mac connectors, a lavalier microphone (plus handheld mics for a larger room), enough cleared space for people to move, and usually a flip chart with paper and pens for participants. We'll confirm specifics once we know the engagement.

Can a keynote be combined with a workshop?

Yes — many clients start with a keynote and follow with a workshop, the same day or later. Pricing depends on the combination, so ask us.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Once you formally engage us, a non-refundable commencement fee covers the preparation and design that begin well before the event. Beyond that: cancel more than 30 days before the date and remaining fees are refunded; 15–30 days out, half the professional fee is payable; within 14 days, the full fee. Expenses already incurred — travel, materials — are non-refundable. We know dates move for real reasons, so where possible we'll apply cancellation fees as a credit toward one rescheduled engagement within 90 days.

How to get started

Ask about a keynote.

Tell us about your event or team dynamics — the date, the room, what you want people walking out with — and we'll shape a session around it.

The chat opens on the keynote path, works through the details, and books the session with Rod or Charlotte right there. No form, no callback queue.
