Coaching for the leadership problems you can't delegate.

Executive and leadership coaching for senior leaders navigating change, growth, and high-stakes transitions.

Executive coaching for senior leaders — one-on-one or in a small group of peers. Engagements from three months that work where leadership actually happens: how you read a room, when your team avoids the hard conversation, what your culture rewards without anyone naming it.

Who it's for

Senior leaders dealing with pressure they can't talk about with their own team.

Leaders in a bigger role

  • A promotion or mandate that outgrew how you've led before
  • A team that needs something different from you now
  • A transition that looks clean on the org chart and isn't

Organizations in motion

  • Owner-led businesses and scaling startups
  • Mid-sized companies through acquisitions or pivots
  • Leadership handovers and succession

People-dependent work

  • Healthcare, law, and professional services
  • Any field where the work is only as good as the people
  • Places where burnout or turnover costs the most
How we work

Three months minimum, built around what's live for you.

Long enough to actually change a pattern — not just name it in a session and go back to the same week. Most leaders work one-on-one; some work in a small group of peers facing similar terrain.

Coaching is a monthly retainer of $2,500–$5,000, depending on cadence and session length, with a three-month minimum. We confirm the number after a first conversation, once we understand what you're working on.

What you get
No fixed curriculum
Every session starts from what's actually in front of you this month — the decision, the person, the meeting that went sideways.
Genuinely confidential
A place to think out loud about things you can't raise with your team, your board, or your peers.
Tested between sessions
The work shows up in how you handle the next real decision — that's the measure, not how good the session felt.
One-on-one or peer group
Solo where the situation is yours alone; a small group of peers where hearing others' terrain speeds up your own.
Why it works

We work below what gets said out loud.

Most leadership coaching operates at the level of what leaders say — the values they state, the frameworks they recite. That's the visible level, and it's where most programs stop. Charlotte and Rod work at the level underneath it: the assumptions, habits, and unspoken rules that are actually driving the decisions.

Their approach, Process-Oriented Leadership, draws on cognitive science, behavioral research, and embodied practice — but the test is always practical: you learn to see what's happening on your team, name it, and act on it before it costs you.

One senior departure typically costs 50–200% of annual salary. The work pays for itself many times over when it prevents one.

What clients say
“
Rod's coaching helped me streamline operations, 3x revenue, and set healthy boundaries — and still created more time to spend with my wife and children. I'm forever grateful.

Different professionals had tried to help us with succession planning since 2012. None succeeded. Charlotte has a way of making challenging things accessible so you can work through them. In less than a year my succession plan is clear, everyone is on board with it, and I have peace of mind. She accomplished what I didn't think was possible.

FAQs

Common questions about coaching

What actually happens in a first session?

Before the first session you complete a short intake questionnaire, and we clarify together what we're really working on and what you want to be different. The session itself starts from what's actually in front of you: the decision you're sitting on, the person you can't get through to, the meeting that went sideways last week. Most of the first hour is spent getting the real problem on the table, which is often not the one you booked the session about.

Is coaching one-on-one or in a group?

Coaching for a leader is always one-on-one. Small-group work is for a team, or for a leader together with their team — that's Organizational Training.

Do you work with leaders who were told to get coaching?

Yes — it's common. We'll want to understand why first, before we take the engagement on. Coaching works when the leader chooses to be in the room, and the first conversation is how we find out whether that's the case.

What does coaching cost?

$2,500–$5,000 per month on retainer, with a three-month minimum. Where you land in the band depends on how often we meet and for how long. There's no travel charge in the New York metro area; travel elsewhere is billed at cost. A session missed with less than 24 hours' notice is charged in full.

What if we can’t complete the engagement?

Engagements can be ended early. Unused fees are refunded pro rata, less an early-termination fee set out in your agreement.

How to get started

See if coaching fits.

The cleanest way to know whether coaching is right for you is a short conversation. Tell us what you're navigating, and we'll tell you straight whether this is the work for it — and if it isn't, what is.

The chat expands on the coaching path, takes you through it, and books the meeting with Rod or Charlotte right there. No form, no callback queue.
