[They] did an excellent job in presenting all materials and making the course enjoyable, while extremely informative … the collaboration of the presenters with the employees was well done. There was a well-balanced mixture of teaching key concepts and principles along with experiential work and team sharing.
After Charlotte and Rod’s series of workshops the atmosphere and workflow significantly and noticeably improved creating a much better and more productive working environment. Staff have shifted from looking at their colleagues through a more negative and critical lens, to one which is trying to understand the role of each member, where they are actually coming from and trying to achieve, rather that assuming the worst. There is also more of a willingness to see and appreciate other’s strengths and how to work with them.
